Arup is a global firm of consulting engineers, designers, planners and consultants who requested a tender be submitted for the construction of a 13sqm floor area server room within Level 14, Exchange Tower, prior to the commencement of a bespoke general office fit-out.

Quality and price

Lightspeed Communications successfully tendered and were awarded this project based on the quality and price of the submission along with a commitment to meet the extremely tight time frame of practical completion within two months.

Lightspeed consulted with building managers and designers and implemented the physical construction of walls, doors and glazing, installation of CRAC cooling units, Electrical distribution, Vesda fire suppression, BMS integration and emergency egress.

All works were completed within the tight timeframes and delivered to the customer at the approval and handover meeting.
