The Department of Finances’ WA branch is located at Exchange Tower, a prestigious 40-story skyscraper.
Lightspeed were engaged to replaced multiple Foxtel boxes within their offices. Upon arriving to remove the old Foxtel set top boxes and install the new ones, our technician was asked to also investigate some issues with Foxtel In the Ministers’ office. Upon investigation, the cause of the issue was discovered and conveyed to the client with possible solutions. These works and investigations were then noted in our ERP system simPRO for record keeping, and the office then sent a follow up report invoice to the client confirming findings and works completed.
Lightspeed were happy to accommodate all clients’ requests, including differing times for inspections and installations due to the Ministers busy schedule and room availability.
Following on from these works, Lightspeed were invited back to complete further works on their audio visual set up at The Department of Finance due to Lightspeeds’ professional assistance, speedy response time and cost-effective solutions. The Department of Finance have also referred Lightspeed to several other government departments they work closely with, a great recommendation we take with great pride as a sign of a job well done.
