Ventura Homes First Home department “Aussie Living” took over an additional tenancy it previously occupied. The existing tenancy required removal and relocation of existing power and communication cables , as well as the installation of additional data and power cables, as well as a new communication cabinet and telecommunications tie cables.
Works were completed after hours to achieve opening the office within the tight time frame.
