As a hands-on leader, Joe plays a key role in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. He is deeply committed to building strong client relationships and consistently exceeding expectations.
With a specialist understanding of projects within the City of Perth, Joe brings over a decade of experience working closely with local stakeholders to deliver innovative, efficient solutions across fibre optic, wireless, data, and electrical networks. His collaborative approach and focus on long-term outcomes have made him a trusted partner in supporting major infrastructure and development initiatives.
Thang Ho
Operations Manager
Thang has been an integral part of Lightspeed Communications & Electrical for over a decade, joining the team as a junior technician and progressing through various technical roles. His extensive experience encompasses hundreds of projects, particularly in fibre optic and communications systems, with a strong emphasis on mine site operations and Optical Ground Wire (OPGW) installations.
As Operations Manager, Thang leads the technical team daily, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and tailored to meet customer requirements. His leadership is characterized by an open and enthusiastic approach, fostering positive relationships with both team members and clients.
Thang’s comprehensive understanding of fibre optic systems and his hands-on experience in challenging environments make him an asset in planning and managing complex projects, particularly those involving OPGW systems in the mining sector.
Andy Nguyen
Operations Supervisor
Andy has been an essential member of our team since June 2015 and currently serves as our operations Supervisor. With nearly a decade of experience in the telecommunications industry, he possesses a deep understanding of fibre optic and communications infrastructure. His exceptional skills in coordinating teams, resources, and daily workflows across various active projects have significantly contributed to our success.
In his role, Andy plays a vital part in supervising field teams daily, ensuring efficient service delivery, adherence to safety standards, and maintaining a consistently high level of workmanship across all job sites. Known for his hands-on leadership style and strong problem-solving abilities, Andy has become a reliable point of contact for both internal teams and clients in the field.
His leadership and technical expertise have been instrumental in the successful execution of numerous projects, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and his ability to manage complex operations effectively.
Jonathan Richards
Electrical Supervisor
Jonathan is a licensed Electrician with over a decade of experience across commercial, infrastructure, and integrated services projects. Known for his calm, methodical approach, he consistently delivers safe, compliant, and high-quality work.
He leads on-site teams across installations, testing, and commissioning, working closely with project managers and contractors to ensure seamless integration between electrical and communications scopes.
